Detailed DescriptionDetailed DescriptionRome Metro Pass is available for 1 or 3 days. This pass allows Free unlimited use of all the city's public transport network inside Rome, including urban buses and trains, underground lines A and B, and Met.Ro trains Roma-Lido, Roma-Viterbo (Roma-Sacrofano only), and Roma-Pantano (urban Rome only). Does not include Trenitalia trains, Cotral buses, or airport transfers. "Biglietto giornaliero B.I.G." (1 Day ticket) Valid on day on any means of transport, it must be stamped only one time (on first time of usage). When using the metro, the ticket must be shown to the controller at the entrance of the metro line. Important: this ticket is valid untill midnight of the day it has been stamped. It's therefore valid for one calendar day, not 24 hours. "Biglietto per 3 giorni B.T.I." (3 Days ticket) It is valid for 3 consecutive days on any public means. It has to be stamped just once on first time of usage and must be shown to the controller at the entrance of the metro line. You will find all the useful transportation maps here. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure. Delivery to Your HomeYou must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. If you have not received your order seven (7) days after order confirmation you must notify us promptly.
