Venice Vaporetto Pass is available for 1, 2 or 3 days.

• Free unlimited use of all the city's public transport network inside Venice, both waterbuses and on land. It' valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from time of stamping.
• Free 30-day access to online Italian lessons.
• Delivery is available to your home worldwide. We do not deliver to rented apartments, hotels, or hostels in Rome.
• Rate is per pass including taxes.

Detailed Description

Venice Vaporetto Pass is available for 1, 2 or 3 days.

The Vaporetto travel passes are the most economical solution for visitors who want to get around Venice and its surroundings on Actv’s network land and water services. They allow unlimited travel and can be used on all the services - both waterborne (except those of route Alilaguna, Clodia, Fusina) and on land - that provide urban services within the municipality ("Comune") of Venice (land services on the Lido and in Mestre). Validity can be 24, 48 or 72 hours from time of stamping. Included in the price is the transport of one luggage item of up to 150 cm as the sum of its three dimensions.

Validity is not listed on the ticket but you can find out easily by the color of the dot on it:

• Yellow dot: 24 hours
• Green dot: 48 hours
• Orange dot: 72 hours

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Rome /Venice/Florence Passes

Orders for passes may not be cancelled or refunded. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure.

Delivery to Your Home

You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. If you have not received your order seven (7) days after order confirmation you must notify us promptly. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted only during the fourteen (14) days after order confirmation. Passes shipped international cannot be returned or refunded.
